Purified Human T Lymphocytes

T cells exhibit multiple functions including cell-mediated cytotoxicity, promotion of antibody production by B cells, and immune regulation. Our large selection of T cells is purified from PBMC using negative immunomagnetic selection. Pan T cells (CD3+), CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells are all available with purity confirmed by flow cytometric analysis.

Example of Data Generated by Astarte’s T Cells: Costimulation of T Cells Using Anti-CD28

Example of Data Generated by Astarte’s T Cells: Costimulation of T Cells Using Anti-CD28CD3+ T cells (lot #1623AU12) were thawed following standard procedure and suspended in AIM V medium at 106 cells per mL. Cells were added to an opaque flat bottom plate at 100 uL per well. Antibodies were diluted in AIM V and added to the wells at 50 uL per well. The cultures were incubated at 37°C, 6% CO2 for 72 hours. After this 72-hour incubation, 100 uL of culture medium was removed, 100 uL of CellTiterGlo reagent was added, and the luminescence was measured using a Packard Fusion.
